Too many. Really. I have to accept it. There are magnificent melodies & voices I will never listen. Breathtaking places I will never visit, angel-like people I will never meet and interact with, masterpieces I will never read, watch, laugh, tear, and fall in love with.
OK, let's go consumer: Cars I will never drive, shoes she will never wear, screen inches I will never enjoy, titles & awards I will never receive, money I will never use (dammit, what? no, that's not).
But I know. I well know. If I try to catch them all. I will never really enjoy the few I can.
Our friend's voice is beautiful. She grabs the guitar and travels us to our most sweet & vulnerable worlds. She is mine, every cell of my body feels the splendor of her music. It's just her, and Pink Floyd, and few more. But that's enough, because I can devour, I can enjoy, I can live these ones.

I know that others will have others and so on. Maybe objectively more melodic, more beautiful, maybe richer, wider, greener, softer. But, hey! It's not a competition. My life is what I can enjoy out of it. Not what I could keep chasing till I die.
Simple.
Simple.
